COVID-19 and How We Deal With It...

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, below are the changes we are implementing for the safety for our patients, clients and the practitioner:

• ​Please contact us as soon as possible when and if you are exposed to possible COVID-19 case or having any related symptoms prior to the appointment.  We will reschedule your session to the later date.  There is no penalty for the cancellation within 24 hours in this case. ​

 ​  

• The face covering is required if you are not fully vaccinated.  Even if you are fully vaccinated, it is recommended and requested during the session especially during the consultation and while you are in the supine (face up) position. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. ​

 

• All the session will be performed with disposable sheets.​​

​

• However, certain techniques and actual insertion of the acupuncture needles will be performed directly on the skin as appropriate.

 

• While it is still possible to provide a Clinical Massage Session disrobed, please understand that those disposable sheets are not the most comfortable things on the skin.  If that is a concern for you, please bring or come with comfortable clothing to receive the session.

• We have a hand sanitizer for you to use in the treatment room.

• Our waiting area has a limited capacity.  Any guests or companies are welcome to use the waiting area as long as we have enough space but once it gets crowded, please consider waiting outside of the clinic unless an assistance is needed in the treatment room for a medical and/or specific reason.

• We will perform the cleaning after each session as before, but we will extend the details and make sure to follow all the guidelines set by the authorities.  This requires more time between the sessions, therefore, the available slots may be limited.  Please understand.

• Due to the fact there are so many unknown factors are involved with the COVID-19 pandemic, We will unfortunately continue suspending any home visit services for the Clinical Massage at this point until further notice.  We apologize for the inconvenience.​
